We are proud to announce the 17th Annual Iowa Business Analyst Development Day (IBADD).  This year our theme is “Step Beyond the Screen" where we will be focusing on the value of people and connections.  IBADD 2024 will be a 1 day in person event on Friday, October 4th at the Sheraton West Des Moines Hotel.

The IBADD Content Team is seeking industry experts to submit presentation proposals for our upcoming annual conference. Join us and share your expertise with a fantastic community of BAs. Each breakout session will be approximately 50 minutes in length and each workshop will be approximately 75 minutes in length.

​

This conference is for everyone that gathers, analyzes, and solves problems based on data regardless of your job title. Join us in person to advance your career, foster personal growth, and deepen your analytical understanding.

Advance Your Career

​

Topics on how a BA can take their career to the next level. This could include topics related to the specialized IIBA Certifications in addition to the core certifications. As a presenter in this track, you'll have the opportunity to share your insights and expertise with an engaged audience of Business Analysts and help them gain valuable knowledge and skills that will help them stand out in the job market and advance their career.

Foster Personal Growth

​

Topics on how a BA can improve themselves as a co-worker, a leader, and a community member. This could include topics related to communication, interactions, behavioral characteristics, and other soft skills. As a presenter in this track, you'll be able to share your perspective on what it takes to be a successful and well-rounded person and help attendees enhance their interpersonal skills.

Deepen Your Analysis

​

Topics on how a BA can improve their skillset. This could include topics related to improving their competency with tools, techniques, planning, and execution of the BA responsibilities. As a presenter in this track, you'll have the chance to impart your knowledge and expertise in any area of business analysis and provide attendees with practical tips and techniques they can start implementing immediately.

Presenters enjoy free conference admission and ability to network with other presenters and attendees.
