  • Refund/Cancellation Policies: IBADD does NOT allow for refunds for cancellation of any registered attendees.

  • Substitution Policies: Requests for a one-time substitution of a registration may be submitted to registration@ibadd.org before October 1st. Any request received after October 1st cannot be guaranteed.
